a dream in the city
city view international option lovely balcony
The rooftop pool provided a beautiful space with city views! the breakfast included both local and international options, something for everyone, i found. our room was spacious and smelled beautifully clean. It had a lovely balcony for quiet moments.
the air conditioning unit on the 8th floor had a slight musty smell, it wasn't ideal.

The hotel has a rooftop pool and bar on the 12th floor with views across the city. It included a gym equipped with treadmills and stationary bikes. there is also a spa offering various treatments.

The staff displayed kindness and efficiency throughout my stay, from the security at the entrance to the reception, pool, and restaurant teams. i noticed they were polite and helpful. Their attention added warmth to the visit.

My room was a beautiful double room balcony. It had lots of SPACE. The food tasted good, especially at dinner. Staff helped me plan trips.
The hotel credit card system didn't WORK right. The machines did not always read my card CORRECTLY. One of my shirts were ruined at the hotel laundry.

laundry service issues
damaged shirt terrible service
they really messed up one of my shirts in the laundry service. mistakes happen, i get that, but they actually tried to claim it was already damaged! that's not true at all. i had to pay the bill, but i'm pretty frustrated with such bad service. it really soured my stay.
