laundry service issues
damaged shirtterrible service
they really messed up one of my shirts in the laundry service. mistakes happen, i get that, but they actually tried to claim it was already damaged! that's not true at all. i had to pay the bill, but i'm pretty frustrated with such bad service. it really soured my stay.
